We recommend 6-10 Intro to Pole classes before you move up to Pole 1.

In this class, we will take everything you learned in Intro to Pole and turn it up a notch. Get ready to explore more complex spins and combos (on static and on spin pole!), learn how to climb the pole, and try out your first releases.

This is where you start building the strength, flow, and creativity to shape your own unique style.

In order to move on to Pole 2, you must be able to efficiently climb and perform either crossed knee or crossed ankle release.

This class is for students who are confident in their climbs and ready to start flipping the script. Literally, your a$$ is going above your head!

You’ll work on more advanced spins, smooth transitions, and seamless combos while building the strength and technique needed for solid, safe inversions.

In order to move on to Pole 3, you must be able to perform inversions, leg hangs, and butterfly.

Now that you’re confident in your inversions, it’s time to explore what you can do next!

In Pole 3, you’ll continue to build on your skills with a combination of inverted and upright moves that flow seamlessly up and down the pole. This will help you refine your technique and add more variety to your repertoire.

In order to move on to Pole 4, you must be able to perform aerial inversions, shoulder mounts, and extended butterfly.

Looking for an advanced pole tricks class in Kansas City? This class is for students who are comfortably inverting from the ground and aerially. You are now ready to work on more advanced tricks and combos!

You will learn dynamic aerial combinations with fewer points of contact. In this class, you'll explore a variety of moves, including ayeshas with different entrances and exits, flips, and aerial shoulder mounts.

Heat & Honey offers a creative space to explore choreography that combines both pole and floor work. You'll dive into a variety of styles, from fluid and sensual to spicy and dynamic, while building strength, control, and musicality.

Whether you're new to pole or an experienced dancer, you'll have the opportunity to refine your movement, express yourself, and connect more deeply with your personal style.

Want to become a Flexy Biotch? In this class, you will learn the proper technique and alignment of both static and active stretches.

In addition, you will work on building strength to safely hold your end-range of motion and improve your joint and muscle mobility.

We’ll break down basic movement concepts and then learn a short combination each class, focusing on smooth transitions, musicality, and connecting movement together. This class is great for anyone wanting to build confidence in their flow and overall movement quality.

Head Over Heels is all about standing on anything but your feet!

You will work on building your strength, balance, and coordination all while your A$$ is above your head! Together, we will work on headstands, forearm stands, handstands, and variations of each of those.

Lucky Cheeks is all about learning how to twerk with control, intention, and confidence. This all-levels class welcomes everyone, from first-time booty shakers to seasoned movers refining their technique.

Each class breaks down essential twerk types (bounces, pops, shakes, drops, and variations), then brings everything together in a short, spicy combo designed to feel good, look powerful, and boost your confidence AF.

Expect a supportive, judgment-free space with options to modify or level up as needed. All bodies, genders, and experience levels are welcome. Kneepads recommended.

Penny Drop (Acro Low Flow) is a dynamic, grounded class that blends pole-based acrobatics with low-flow movement and floor acro elements. This class explores controlled inversions, pole-assisted handstands, flips, and transitions that move seamlessly between the pole and the floor, emphasizing strength, coordination, and intentional momentum.

You’ll work on developing power and precision while maintaining fluidity, learning how to safely initiate and exit acrobatic skills within a low-flow framework. Movement quality, spatial awareness, and confident weight transfer are key focuses throughout class.

Get ready to roll, ripple, and vibe with the floor. Our floorwork choreography class blends smooth transitions, delicious slinky shapes, and just the right amount of sass. Please bring kneepads, long socks, or another form of knee protection.

Open Pole is studio time with no instructors or instruction. It’s just a supportive space for you to practice, play, and explore pole on your own schedule. Whether you’re drilling skills, trying new combos, or just enjoying some movement, the pole is all yours.

Private lessons are designed around you. Together, we’ll focus on your goals, whether that’s building strength, learning choreography, improving technique, or gaining confidence on the pole. These one-on-one sessions allow for individualized attention, intentional progression, and space to move at your own pace.
