The name Penny Luck Pole Dance pays tribute to Mallory’s late father, Wesley, who had a lifelong habit of collecting lucky pennies. He believed in the good luck of a heads-up penny. That is, those who find a heads-up penny are destined to experience good luck!
His deep belief in superstition inspired both the studio’s name and its atmosphere. From the absence of open umbrellas and broken mirrors to the attention paid to positive energy and tradition, superstition is a lighthearted but meaningful theme that serves as inspiration for the studio.
Penny Luck Pole Dance aims to reflect that spirit, which is rooted in intention, guided by community, and always open to a little magic.
